In their study, experts studied the effect of fresh avocado on hunger, fullness and people's feelings during the six-hour period after a meal. Researchers analyzed these effects on a group of 31 overweight people. As a result, they were convinced that avocado helps reduce the amount of fast carbohydrates, eat less bread and pasta, do not experience abnormal hunger and promote weight loss in people with obesity. At the same time there are positive changes in the levels of insulin and glucose in the blood, helping to reduce the risk of diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.
