Deputies from British opposition parties agreed to try to block in parliament a scenario for a country to leave the EU without an agreement by passing laws.

"Deputies from the (British – ed.) Opposition agreed to try to block Brexit without agreement by passing laws in parliament," the statement said.

Now it is not known when and how these steps will be taken.

The opposition also noted that the possibility of introducing a draft resolution on a vote of no confidence in the British prime minister still remains.

According to the representative of the Green Party, Caroline Lucas, it is the legislative path that is the safest in an attempt to extend the process of leaving the EU and avoid deadline on October 31.
