Nothing betrays a woman’s age like her hands. In the XIX century, fashion allowed us to hide them under gloves, but today we are deprived of such a trick.
The skin of the hands is very thin, therefore it requires delicate care. Due to its structure, it is extremely susceptible to dehydration, photo aging and loss of elasticity. This makes it extremely vulnerable, which is manifested in frequent irritations, wrinkles, dryness and the appearance of pigment spots. For the prevention of premature aging, we can do the simplest things: do not forget about gloves, both with the onset of cold weather, and doing household chores; use sunscreen in spring and summer; apply moisturizing or nourishing creams as often as possible.
If these measures are not enough and more decisive actions are required, then professional procedures should be involved. The main thing is to understand what result you want to get. The most effective anti-aging hand treatments in the world are recognized: mesotherapy, biorevitalization, plasma lifting and contouring. However, first things first.
Mesotherapy and biorevitalization
These are the most popular methods for the prevention of premature aging of the skin, the treatment of dehydration of tissues, recovery after aggressive cosmetic procedures. Both methods are injections of specially selected cocktails, with the obligatory presence of the main “moisturizer” – hyaluronic acid (see also: “Aesthetic osteopathy: how to replace botox and hyaluronic acid”). Under its influence, water balance is quickly restored and comfortable conditions for cell activity are restored. After a course of such procedures, the skin becomes more dense and taut.
The method is based on injecting your own platelet-rich plasma directly into the problem area. In practice, it looks like this: you take blood from a vein, which is then divided into red blood cell mass and directly the plasma in a centrifuge-separator. After that, the latter is “returned” to the body for restoration work. After the introduction of autoplasma, fibroblasts begin to synthesize collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid. As a result, we get increased elasticity, elasticity, improvement in skin color and smoothing of fine wrinkles.
The technology allows you to do what previously seemed completely impossible – to fill the missing amount of tissue. This is again an injection, but this time they use fillers (fillers) based on stabilized hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin. They are well distributed under the skin, providing an instant rejuvenating effect. Hyaluronic acid fills wrinkles, restores skin tone, hides veins and tendons, creating a layer between the skin and deeper structures. In a word, everything looks like a beautiful youth again.
To combat hyperpigmentation, dermatologists recommend ELOS rejuvenation. This is a hardware procedure that combines two types of effects on tissue – light and radio frequency energy. Under their influence, the production of collagen and elastin is stimulated, the recovery processes are significantly accelerated, and the appearance of pigment spots, vascular defects and the appearance of fine wrinkles are also reduced.
Fractional Laser Thermolysis
Another serious and effective hardware anti-age method for hands is fractional laser thermolysis. The principle of its operation is based on laser radiation, under the action of which so-called “microdamages” are formed, alternating with intact tissue. The reaction to such a process becomes enhanced production of “young” collagen by the body. And, as a result, prolonged and stable rejuvenation, smoothing wrinkles, improving skin tone and elasticity.
